Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our process.
Consultations
A consultation is a relaxed, 30-minute conversation — usually over video, sometimes in person — where we walk through what you're picturing. We'll talk through stones, settings, and timeline, and you'll leave with a clear sense of what's possible and what it will cost.
Not at all. Plenty of clients come in with nothing more than a feeling or a single reference image. Our job is to help you find the shape of the piece. Curiosity is enough.
Payments & Pricing
Every piece we make is custom, so the materials, time, and stones change the cost in ways a price tag can't honestly capture. After we discuss your vision, we send a detailed quote so you know exactly what's included.
A 50% deposit secures your spot on the bench and covers stone sourcing. The balance is due once the piece is finished and you've approved final photos. We invoice directly — no checkout flow, no third-party fees.
Shipping & Care
Domestic orders ship fully insured via overnight courier with signature required. International shipping is available on request. We can also arrange a local handoff for clients in the area.
Yes. Every piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and a one-year warranty on prong tightness and finish. Cleaning and minor adjustments are always on the house.
Absolutely. We resize and re-tip prongs for any piece we've made, often at no charge within the first year. Outside that window we'll quote the work transparently — usually a small fee that covers materials and bench time.
The Process
It starts with a conversation. You share your vision through our inquiry form or a consultation, and we talk through stones, settings, metals, and style. We sketch and refine the design with you, agree on a quote, and only begin crafting once you're happy. Throughout the build we share progress photos so there are no surprises.
Most custom pieces are completed in four to eight weeks from approved design. Simpler rings can land closer to four; intricate settings or harder-to-source stones lean toward eight. If you have a deadline, tell us up front and we'll be straight about what's realistic.
As much or as little as you have. Style references, stone preferences, ring size, budget range, and any timing constraints all help. If you're early in the process and unsure, just describe the moment or the feeling — we'll guide you the rest of the way.
