Warranty Policy

Every piece we make carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, plus a one-year warranty on prong tightness and finish.

Routine cleaning and minor adjustments are always complimentary. Resizing and re-tipping are typically free within the first year and quoted transparently afterward.

Damage caused by accident or misuse falls outside the warranty but can usually be repaired for a fair fee — talk to us.
