Custom Order Policy

Custom orders begin once a design has been approved and a deposit received. Lead times typically range from four to eight weeks depending on complexity and stone sourcing.

Design revisions are welcome before production begins; once the bench work has started, changes may incur additional charges and timeline shifts. We will always communicate those clearly before proceeding.
