Return & Refund Policy
Because every piece is custom, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your piece arrives damaged or differs materially from the approved design, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right — repair, remake, or refund as appropriate.
Deposits cover stone sourcing and bench time and are typically non-refundable once work has begun. We'll always be transparent about where things stand before that point.
